I don't go to FSZ often--just not my cup of tea, so I can't comment on any of the specifics of your situation.

I can say that donkeytale did post here for a while, but was banned quite a while ago for being...donkeytale.  I think Maryscott invited him back when peeder's site was taken down, but he didn't have any interest in coming back.  Whatever.

As to your second sentence, I don't think Maryscott has any particular aversion to meta, though she's not a huge fan of dragging other sites' dirty laundry here, but she does despise being called Mary.

To think banning and IP blocking protects you from a real world threat is ludicrous. Splain how that works?

There are three supposed threats I have witnessed;
Ek Hornbeck against Sabrina - EH was being metaphorical.
HowardX against MBNYC - Howard was shit talking.
d3nal1 against Peeder - just bullshit.

All three of those cases were no sort of real world threat. If they were, someone (the recipient) should have notified law enforcement. Never happened.

Haven't seen the email, Jack, but I have my suspicions.

I also agree, that smurfing is most likely Shadowthief, that I go with 55%.

I didn't see the threat.  But I do know that going back, or just a temp ban, is also a choice.  

Always look for more flexibility, don't lock yourself in.

I sent a simple e-mail asking to please be re-instated. Now I see this.

While I would love to fill you in on all the "noom" shenanigans it is an interwoven crapflood of minor and major details that I would have to write a book the size of the 9-11 Commission Report to explain.

I would like to find a resolution to this.  The only way to get that is to clear up in Jacks mind just what has transpired.  I can't really help anyone with that because I'm not even that clear, I didn't partake and I'm not a witness.

I am curious why DT has decided to post as Joseph KKK.  It would help if he posted as DT here, and then gave me some idea that it's really him.

I have learned to be very cautious, in both my belief and disbelief, over 20 years of keyboard interaction.

Actually I think I'm the only adult here.

I don't really know you noom.  I'd help you directly because I despise bans passionately.  But your salvation will probably have to go through DT.  

I like DT too, even though he should try to let the women be women while he tries to be a man like the rest of us.

Jack has never admin'd anything, which is why he is a good choice.  He doesn't have that middle aged need for power, which is far more dangerous than a young man's need for power.  I think if given a clear unconfused path he'll do the right thing.  It is not easy to remain unconfused with assholes like us, ask MSOC.  

Be patient.  Meanwhile this camp building is nice and warm.  We're really all in the same camp anyways.

kind of hard to celebrate today-I'm now emailing with Jack over what happened to sabrina and me (he emailed 4 people with one email and a general apology) and everything seems to be getting more aggravating each day.
Guess I'll have to post a diary about it if I can actually stomach the thought, but apparently someone impersonated me writing to Jack and he's not telling me more than that and appears to think I deserve little since I didn't tell him I knew shadowthief was VtheV????  I'm a bit alarmed at this info he hardly told me, and don't understand why he's not informing me properly, nor why he won't apologize to me publicly.

It's all a little too fucking nonsensical for my taste.  I personally never really wanted to post or read here for anyone's political opinions on most things.  I was interested in having a place to freely discuss dkos phenomena, expose their lies and methods and brutality, and see that markos' plans to steal the netroots (and take over the world) are nipped in his butt ;).  Until dt went bananas with his anti-dk meta shtick, and many other people here gave dave a really hard time or just ignored him, "dk meta" was a perfectly acceptable interest 'round these parts.  

It dawned on me today that much of the strange way some people have "talked" to me here lately has nothing to do with me nor things I originally said, but Jack won't clarify or explain and only offers a general apology in private, and some barebones info that I've been impersonated and I don't even know what he's apologizing for, or really talking about.  

Anyway, yeah, sabrina and I have been pretty actively trying to get at least to the revealing point dave took it last night, and neither sabrina nor dave nor I have met with a whole lotta respect here recently,(save for some incredibly supportive, wonderful people whose comments have been more meaningful to me than they'll ever know), until dave righteously got some credit today for his persistence. So, yeah, tyvm cometman.

Annnnnd there's that diary, I guess.  

Mr. Something says MajorFlaw needs to go to Blog Prison, and he says this crap that's happened to me here sounds "like jr. high".  What I have to say about it all at this point, could fill a book or two.

I truly don't know the tech aspects though, I am that stupid.
And I think we could take most of the users from DailyKos overnight with us if we had a format that was very similar to theirs.  

I mean he does say that everything at his site can be reprinted without permission.  So in essence he's saying that we  could copy his entire website format (with a couple of differences), call it daily___ or something like that, and go from there.

I'm not a reinvent the wheel kind of guy. If his wheel works, emulate it and then fix the meta stuff in short order.

It's me, UltraSmurf.  My forced expulsion from Un-FSZ has strangely forced me into a transformation into a newer, stronger, more highly evolved blogger.  Maybe it will happen to you guys too; maybe it already has.

Anyway, though I am proud to have outed that weasel, Jack, I have to say I'm sorry to see how fast and hard he's fallen... and that he's fallen on so many innocents.

More importantly, as we are all aware, l'il Jack's perturbations have led him to transform into an ill-mannered, power-hungry, lying jerk.  Nothing he says makes any sense, except "if you don't like it, go."  

The most notable matter is his absurd (fictional) confusion about who is who, and specifically his idiotic suggestion that I am Shadowthief (or either of you two).  I yam who I yam, and that is (was) Jack's Smurfing Revenge.  Though I have had other monigers at the two other blogs I have participated in, I have only had one sockpuppet ever, and I maybe used it one time before I decided such tricks weren't for me.

Do you guys want to hear more about the spine-chilling threat upon Jack's life?  If so, just say so, and if I haven't left for a late dinner date, I'll tell all.

I actually talked to someone on the site and they said the real donkeytale would of at least said "hi" to them and never did on this site.  he also will be given my e-mail, soooo.
One was definitely Shadowthief, but this guy used "noom" so that PFF'ers (like myself) would just go "ohhhh noom, such a character" and not notice him.

but I know noom too, that was NOT him, we've tossed word bombs back and forth long enough to get the tone (dunno if anyone remembers the faux fight diary we had?) and he never crossed the line or got that nasty.

either a library or a school or something where there's a buncha comps lined up and he just changes comps but great thing about those is that they all go through the same server so I pick up on it in no time and store the IP's just in case.
Wi-fi hot spots are harder to track but I got myself a mod that I upload the IP's to and get a general area every time.

jack's pretending we're all the same "noom' character, who isn't even the real noom from pff. Just some disturbed character who's shown up on FSZ and is able to impersonate people like hell. ...so that means the real noom has  disappeared.

Jack essplains:

One was definitely Shadowthief, but this guy used "noom" so that PFF'ers (like myself) would just go "ohhhh noom, such a character" and not notice him.

but I know noom too, that was NOT him, we've tossed word bombs back and forth long enough to get the tone (dunno if anyone remembers the faux fight diary we had?) and he never crossed the line or got that nasty.

So now the count is 4 nooms and 1 shadowthief.

4 nooms one shadowthief. let's see. I count 3 "nooms" banned and 1 shadowthief gone months ago. So there's still one missing "noom" unaccounted for.

I'm about 100% sure that Jack has made a mistake about Donkeytale and noom.

here's my take on the threat as I saw you speculating on it:

Jack received an e-mail sometime in early September when he was first putting together FSZ. He was working with Cumurgette on site design I believe. Apparantly Shadowthief had a problem with that beacuase of some previous falling out. So things started getting out of hand there, which wound up with Shadowthief sending Jack that not so threatening e-mail.

That's the only piece of evidence we've seen from Jack that he got any threat at all, and that was in early Sept. Tho I believe he's stated he's gotten one recently. I call bullshit. He's fanning the flames of paranoia and banking on FSZers gullibility.

It is my conclusion that Shadowthief sent that "threatening" e- mail sometime in early Sept. and that is the only "threat" Jack has received.

Smurf has sent exactly no threats.

and I can tell you that I am not yet allowed back in, which is something I would like to see, even if I won't stay long... which I won't.

And in the context of all this, noom and I as much as you, have done nothing to merit banning.  In my case, arguing with the weasel in charge and being generally disagreeable towards the un-fsz dominant ideology... just about the same for noom, and not too different in your case.

But we are the yin to their yang, or possibly the yang to their yin, but either way, they need a loyal opposition to make things more interesting, as it morphs before our eyes into into the Dave & Jack army staging area and happy hidey hole.

I think this is a mistake.

You had them contained and identified, and even if they tried otherwise their attachment to their old socks would have helped you identify the new.

Far better to have outed their RL info instead of banning them...

On the upside, that an IP ban can take them all out in one swoop is indicative that they actually are socks.

I've seen it happen before multiple times, someone will pick up a couple of things that could be indicative of something and then every little thing in addition to that turns into a confirmation of the worst. I've even done it myself when I was younger and stupider.

There's only one loose thread left that's bothering me...

Eric was making a point (not literally, but I forget what about) about coming to Jacks' "nabe" and shooting up a bunch of people and I exxpanded on the joke, unthinkingly by saying yeah, that guy's gonna come fill you fulla lead, or wtf.

Jack just jackin with us, Kraant. This was his immature way of putting three vile "female attackers" into timeout, to teach us a lesson I suppose and create a little controversy, which I support...he changed my name twice and I diaried even then, one making fun of my new name "Cocksucker McGee"...besides jack said to have friends that are heavily tech, who helped him set up, so all he to do was vet his suspicions with them, if he's such a big tech dork that he claims to be. He could have asked Curmudgette, who knows me from Shadowthief for sure. She immediately agreed I was not he as soon as I asked. She knows ST better than anyone in the whiteysphere. Originally, they were blog partners, or wtf, even here at MLW...

He first unbanned me silently like three days ago, when I posted a few more intentionally sarcastic comments about Blabrina, Devore and Something he re-banned me. And said nothing about it....hmmm.

I think he got the full dose of what he had done in the "Flea Speech" threads, where Sabrina basically came totally unglued, as unglued as I ve ever seen her. And of course, Something and Devore have fostered his paranoia. No doubt. Go read that thread. Look at the timing. Suddenly out of nowhere a few hrs later Jack decides he's given it "further review" and now what I've said consistently from the beginning is all of a sudden true. I'm just good ol donKKKeyturd at his service and the other guyz didnt threaten him either. He made a "mistake." Wright. I mean come on, Kraant, wise up, dude. Take the time to read all jacks various dissembling comments over the past week and you tell me then that he didnt know....

I will say this: he's made lotsa odd moves lately, all of which played on his head: (0.00 / 0)

the posting of the bank card logos for donations, his complete flip flopping back on forth on the MAMZ META, his posting a link to the Kostapo files, or wtf it is, then his deleting of the bank logos and the Kostapo file link button, then he stated he wanted to start a MAMZ META blog with dfq, then said that was tongue in cheek, and we should be doing more activism and less meta, blah blah blog. He was catching flak from Something especially about his failure to "do something" about me, etc. etc.

And she is old enough to be his mama after all. He was surely sick of me, especially after the great Devore GBCW that wasnt where Howard and I were running amok, etc. His state of mind cannot good, I'll agree...

BTW, I have no problem admitting when I make a mistake...luckily, I only make a few inconsequential ones per decade, so its not really an issue for me.
